FUSION 2006 has two registration periods and fees:

•  Early Registration: before May 1^st.

•  Late and On-site Registration: after May 1^st.

In order to qualify for the early registration rate, payment must be received by May 1^st

Each attendee must register separately.

Please note that registration will be required to support conference papers. In particular, at most two papers will be allowed with each full conference registration. (A person may co-author more than two papers, but in this case a second co-author must register to the conference.)

The student registration fee can support only one paper. If a student would like to present two papers he/she should register at the full rate

The final deadline for author registration is May 15th.

Authors are reminded that a signed copyright form is REQUIRED for all papers.  See Submission page for details.

Conference participants who require an invitation letter may contact the Conference Secretariat after paying the conference registration fees. Please check here to find out whether you need to apply for a Visa to enter Italy .

Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made in writing. For cancellation before June 9^th a refund of 70% of the total will be applied. No refunds will be possible later.

Full registration fee includes:

• Access to all the technical sessions
• Conference kit (badge, bag, conference programme, pen, notepad)
• Three full-course luncheons
• Two coffee breaks per day
• Free wireless internet access at the Conference Venue
• Welcome cocktail at Salone dei Cinquecento in Palazzo Vecchio (see the Social Program Page for details)
• Conference Banquet at Villa Ombrellino (see the Social Program Page for details)
• One copy of CD-ROM proceedings
• Certificate of attendance
• ISIF Membership

The student registration fee does not include the Welcome Cocktail and the Conference Banquet

TUTORIALS

Tutorials fee includes:

• Tutorials notes for the tutorial(s) you have registered for
• Coffee breaks

Tutorials might be cancelled in the event that the required minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case the registered participants will be refunded in full.

Please note that, due to security reasons, the number of participants at the welcome reception must be restricted. For this reason, at most one additional ticket may be purchased. If necessary, a first-come first-serve criterion will be applied with refunds as needed, with priority given to regular registrants over students
