All lead student authors are encouraged to submit to the Student track.  The best student paper, as determined by the Organizing Committee, will receive the Best Student Paper Award and will be granted free conference registration.  In addition, he/she will present the paper in a plenary session at Fusion 2006.  Students who submit to a special session are required to notify the Technical Program Chair (Craig Carthel, carthel@nurc.nato.int ) that they wish to be considered for the award.
