Prospective authors are invited to submit 4-8 page papers by 14 February 2006. Manuscripts must be prepared according to the following MS Word and LaTeX templates:

Papers must be submitted in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, accompanied by the ISIF copyright form:

The copyright form is required for all submissions and must be sent to the Publications Chair either by fax at +1- 401-832-2146 , or by email to LynchRS@Npt.NUWC.Navy.Mil.
Paper submission is closed.
Please note that conference registration will be required to upload accepted (final) papers. At most two final paper uploads will be allowed with each conference full registration. (A person may co-author more than two papers, but in this case a second co-author must register to the conference, and execute the upload). A student registration can support one paper only.
Authors should note that color figures are allowed and encouraged in their papers. As proceedings will be provided in electronic form only, there is no additional cost in doing so.
When submitting your paper
please have the following information available:
- Detailed contact information for the corresponding author

- Copyright form
- Track information - one of the following:

All lead student authors are encouraged to submit to the Student track.
The best student paper, as determined by the Organizing Committee, will receive the Best Student Paper Award and will be granted free conference registration. Students who submit to a special session are required to notify the Technical Program Chair (Craig Carthel, carthel@nurc.nato.int ) that they wish to be considered for the award.
